Oleificio R.M. boasts a number of certificates obtained in recent years.
Each certificate has been won through the dedication and commitment of the whole company to the excellence of its products, which it exports throughout the world with the assurance of always meeting the highest requirements placed by the most demanding clients.

In 1997 Oleificio R.M. was the first in Tuscany to be awarded the ISO 9002 certificate and in 1998 it adopted the HACCP method. In 2003 the company updated its certification and was awarded ISO 9001:2000 and during 2005 earnt the BRC, IFS and OU certificates.

Oleificio R.M. has upgraded its internal administration system so they are constantly updated on changes and new laws regarding all aspects of their production.
Thanks to this new system the company not only fulfils the requirements set by the various certification bodies but this system has also allowed the company to improve the quality of its products and its internal management and strive to better the standards set by law. The ISO standards are international guidelines set to control the quality of goods, a field in which Oleificio R.M. excels and has always striven in its long history, whilst BRC, IFO are safety standards that regulate the mass distribution of food stuffs.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection and is compulsory in the EU, the USA and many other countries. It acts in conjunction with the quality control already in place at Oleificio R.M. and thus guarantees complete safety and trust in their products.

Having followed all the above guidelines, Oleificio R.M. has met head-on all the requirements placed by the countries to which it exports and has also diminished the checks carried out by the clients thus reducing their costs.
