A balanced mix of peanut, vegetable and sunflower oils which make it an ideal frying oil, as it does not give off any unpleasant odours during cooking. The fact that it contains vegetable oil ensures a smoking point of around 210° C (410 F) (far superior to that of other oils) and it can therefore be re-used many times - thereby greatly reducing the problem of elimintation after use.
Food fried in this oil is characterized by its tasty, light and crisp flavour and is also easily digestible.
