Ethical Conduct
One of our company's main objectives is to guarantee to its personnel the full compliance with the main ethical principles ; our main task is to safeguard the human being both from an ethical and from a professional point of view.
In order to achieve this goal Oleificio R.M. s.p.a. created a Code of Ethical Conduct in order to describe and disclose the commitments taken by the company with regard to the definition of the ethical principles, the updating, the upgrading and the distribution of the Code and to provide the training and the consciousness raising of the company's personnel in order to guarantee the physical, cultural and moral integrity of every human being.
