Shelf life

Average Shelf – life 18 months, except for special customer’s request, to be agreed with Oleificio RM; refer in that case to the technical data sheet (finished product).

Storage

Store in a cool dry place, away from light and heat exposure.

Declaration of conformity

The chemical and organoleptic characteristics are in compliance with the standards of quality and purity according to Reg. EEC 2568/91 and f.m. and to the International trading standard IOC /T.15/NC No 3/Rev. 11.

Contaminants: the product complies with EC Reg. 1881/2006 and f.m.

Phytosanitary products: the product complies with the MRL limits fixed by EC Reg. CE 396/2005 and f.m.

Allergens: the product does not contain food allergens in compliance with enclosure II of the EU Reg. n. 1169/2011 and f.m. and it is declared the absence of any cross contamination.

GMO: the product does not contain GMO in compliance with Reg. EC 1828/2003 and Reg. EC 1830/2003 and f.m.

Primary Packaging: the primary packaging used for the package of the product comply with the requirements of MD 21/03/73, Reg. EC 1935/2004 and, specifically for plastic containers, Reg. EU 10/2011 and f.m.
